The highlight of your stay will be the underground-cooked dinner, known as Zerb, offering a unique dining adventure. We can accommodate vegetarian preferences upon request. Dinner is served at 8:00 PM or after sunset and includes three types of salads, rice, and the option of Zerb prepared with chicken and vegetables. You also have the choice to add lamb to the Zerb for a supplementary cost of 5 JOD.
